All our auctions are subject to these Terms and Conditions and by placing a bid you are deemed to have accepted them.

All vehicles offered on e-bay are exclusive to e-bay. We do not offer finance and are unable to take part exchanges.

Description

We try to describe all vehicles as accurately as we can and we show a full range of photographs to help you determine the condition of the vehicle. If you are unsure of anything relating to condition, please phone to clarify or come and view before bidding. Bidders are deemed to have inspected and approved any vehicle they bid on. Please remember that these vehicles are not new and that they have been subject to wear and tear. As such, they are offered for sale on a trade auction basis with no warranty. Viewing

All vehicles are available for viewing during normal business hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday). We are situated just off the M1 in Leeds.

Bidding

Please bid only if you are able to pay for the vehicle if you are the winning bidder.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND NOT TO VIEW.

Winning bidders are able to view and test drive the vehicle to verify our description before payment.

Before bidding, you need to be sure that the vehicle is what you want, you are happy with the description and you can afford to pay for it in full within 5 days.

We reserve the right to remove any bid we deem as fraudulent or misplaced.

New e-bay members

People new to e-bay or with feedback less than 5 must e-mail or phone with address and landline contact details before bidding otherwise their bids may be removed.

Bids from abroad

We can only accept bids from the UK and Ireland. All other bids will be removed.

Payments

Winning bidders need to make telephone contact within 24 hours of the auction ending and the transaction must be completed with full payment by cash or bankers draft within 5 days. If you intend to pay by bankers draft then we need to know the draft details and the issuing branch (with contact details) before collection of vehicle.

Delivery

Vehicles will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
